Alternating between hot and cold treatments, this can be highly beneficial for those following an intense consistent training program, self care and overall wellbeing.

The temperature of the sauna is up to 60 - 70 degrees, the cold plunge is 9 degrees.

Horwich has lots of free parking available

We recommend wearing loose fitting clothing to arrive in, come in with swimwear underneath loose fitting clothing to optimise sauna time. Loose fitting clothing makes it easier to get dressed post session.
