By following a few precautionary guidelines, infrared sauna therapy is a safe and pleasurable way to maintain and improve your overall health and wellbeing. Hydration is an important requirement for infrared sauna use. Drinking plenty of fluids both pre, during and post sauna session, also making sure to replenish the body’s electrolytes; calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium, as these are depleted while sweating, we have vitamin well drinks available at reception for the perfect sauna hydration.
