Infrared Saunas.
Deep Heat, Deep Healing

Infrared sauna sessions are a powerful part of any self-care routine. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared saunas gently warm your body from within, promoting a deeper, more effective sweat — without overwhelming heat. The result? A calming, detoxifying experience that supports both physical and mental wellness.

Benefits include:
• Detoxification
• Skin health & anti-aging
• Improved circulation
• Stress reduction & relaxation
• Pain relief & recovery
• Immune support
• Water retention reduction
• Heart health & metabolism boost

Why infrared
just hits different

Our saunas use infrared light to heat your body directly — not just the air around you. This allows for lower temperatures (40–70°C) while still delivering a more intense sweat by penetrating deeper into your muscles and tissues. You stay comfortable, but your body works harder.

This makes infrared ideal for longer, more effective sessions. Plus, every sauna includes colour light therapy (chromotherapy) — where calming coloured lights support emotional balance, energy alignment, and overall well-being.
